Professional
​Mr. Richards was licensed to practice law in Tennessee in 2023, graduating in the top quarter of his class at Belmont College of Law that same year. He is admitted to practice law in all Tennessee state courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. While in school, Mr. Richards held several legal and civil internships, including an internship with the Tennessee State Legislature in 2019. Mr. Richards participated in Belmont’s Health Law Journal and received instruction in Belmont’s Advanced Trial Advocacy Program. In undergrad, Mr. Richards was the President of MTSU’s Mock Trial Team, and participated in the school’s Appellate Advocacy and Model UN teams. He received several awards from Mock Trial and Model UN competitions.
Personal
​Mr. Richards and his wife, Lexi, live in west Nashville. He is originally from south Florida and has lived in Tennessee since 2016. Mr. Richards enjoys weightlifting, hiking with his wife, language learning, and reading non-fiction.
