On Tuesday, November 1, 2016, Marshall Albritton will speak at a continuing legal education seminar that will be attended by lawyers, surveyors, engineers, title insurance and real estate professionals, state and local government officials, and paralegals.
The topic is "Boundary Law from Start to Finish."

Mr. Albritton has represented two different landowners recently in matters involving boundary lines. One case involved two adjoining historic buildings in downtown Nashville. The other case involved a residential property owner whose property was being damaged by a contractor working on a project next door. Both cases involved trespass and questions related to property boundaries.
